How did you reinforce the skirt to keep it from crumbling?

Hey thanks! If I remember correctly, the skirting is actually Sculpey Firm... so I had to shape it and bake it separately then attach to figure. Not the way I would do it now, but it turned out okay.

I've sculpted thin stuff like that with SF but im so afraid to move the pieces after haha. And sometimes using mesh as an armature isnt an option because it gets too thick. Anyway, just makes it more impressive

WOW this is great each of these new looks you've given each turtle just works so well with their personalities. But one question whats with the missing eye thing? I understand Raph, but Donnie too these guys oughta invest in some safety goggles.LOL! Great work and look forward to the rest of the team.

He simply wears the cloth over his eye for the same reasons pirates did, to be able to remove it and see in the dark.

So its some type training to leave one eye covered in darkness so that over time you will have a trained eye to see in the dark? Is that right? I thought pirates only whore eye patches after fierce battles with acid spitting Mermaids or a man eating Kraken in which an eye was either melted or gouged out of its socket!
