I removed the belt and filled in the gap with Apoxy, hand carved the "Batman" logo on the front of the waist.
I drilled tow holes on the back of the figure glued, and covered with Apoxy a couple of snap on pins to attach the custom made vinyl cape.
The spike on the gloves are from another batman, a bit bigger than the original ones on this figure.
The armor is from a gladiator toy, trimmed down to fit this figure and repainted with more "Dark Knight" theme colors.
Next, I painted the entire figure with flat black and my own mix of metallic blue for the details.
The last step was to hand paint the two batman logos on the armor and chest, and seal it with high gloss and flat clear.
