heimdall was made from a legends blob series lord of asgard thor as a base. dremeled off most of upper chest detail, mustache and boot detail, then the chest armor, gloves, boots, knee pads and helmet were sculpted, metal wire made into rings for ears and chest armor, sword made from pieces of thor's hammer and part of a mezco lion-o's sword, sheath made from comic backing board and pieces of wire, then the whole figure was completely repainted.
