I made this custom completely just for fun. When I saw this character I really laugh out loud, cause he has very strange power. He can make a lash from his hair nose and arm pit hair. I don't know if any of you have already seen it or not, but if you haven't just give it a try...you'll enjoy it (at least I am).
The body is from Savage Dragon, with sculpt on the head, and shirt. The hands and the shoe is from Jakks Pacific WWE figure. Paint it with Citadel acrylic paint.
