I had to try this out. In the Sinestro Corps special theres this quaint little scene where Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman are all standing there asking Batman what the Yellow Ring Said when it arrived to him. Batman states that the ring has chosen him because he has the ability to instill great fear... I agree with that and so I wanted to make a custom "What IF". What if Batman had actually put the ring on instead of turning it over to Hal Jordan.

I made this from a DC Halloween batman statu...er uh figure. It's somewhat posable in that I can kind of stand him up and move an arm or two. the head is completely glued in place with like no means to be mobile without actually having to work heh. So I hated the really thin ears on the mask, I clipped them and made my own. I then shaved the face off the mask and made one with an open deformed mouth. Totally not happy with the sculpting on that but I have to say it's not much worse than what was there originally!

I then started to add some Sinestro Corps Uniform features in, like the belt, and of course the paint scheme. Instead of changing the guantlets, I just painted the fins white like the little circles on the Sinestro uniform. I scupted the ring on the correct hand - heh the "SINISTER" hand, and painted up the logos which look like doodoo compared to my original Sinestro Corps Sinestro. Well this one was fun to make and I learned a lot doing it. Hope you like the concept! thanks for looking.
