He has tattoos on both of his arms showing his loyalty to the coalition and also wields A customized retro lancer with a under slunge Gnasher shotgun.
To make lucas used A new dom upper body and attached it to A newer cog gear lower body. I then Attached the boots of the new dom figure and added the helmet of A cog Gear figure. For the arms I used A colonial marine hicks figure and attached them to the shoulders of the cog gear figure. I then repainted and added A bunch of Accessories to him. For his custom gun I took A retro lancer added A hammer burst gun barrel to it then cut the bottom of the gun off and added the Gnasher shot gun to make A master key like weapon.
