This is one of my favorite characters and comics back in the day, her name was Hope until she took up the mantle Lady Death. She was made by Chaos comics and had a great story about good vs evil. I tried to represent the character in the Stephen Hughes style which was my favorite. In the comics her father was a 666th generation sorcerer and her mother had a bloodline that could reach to Heaven. Hope's father was a warlord who used the people he ruled to wage wars to gather soldiers for Lucifer, but he intended to overthrow Lucfier when he got to hell. After a battle that top Hope's love and most of the town the villagers decided to revolt, since none of them returned. Mathias (Hope's father) came home and went to his shrine to sent the souls to hell, when Hope overlooked the souls escaping she saw her love Niccolo.

Then the villagers arrived and found Mathias and Hope at the shrine and condemned them, they killed Mathias on the spot and took Hope to burn as a witch. While she was burning she utter the spell her father used to open a portal to hell and save her life. But she was being tricked by hell. When she arrived she witnessed Mathias absorb Lucifer's power in a huge civil war. Demons took her to her father and he offered her a spot and power, but she resisted and battled him. She learned an important lesson that day "Desire equals power in hell." Then she was tossed away as trash into the vast levels of hell to be destroyed.

However she would not give up and battled 2 dire wolves and learned she had power and from that day on she would be known as Lady Death. She found and began training with Cremator, who forged her a sword and then she started recruiting her own troops to over throw her father/lucifer. When she finally came back to storm his fortress, she battled until she reached her father. Then the truth came out that Lucifer only let Mathias believe he absorbed his power and then he destroyed Mathias. Lucifer revealed his plan that he wished to turn a child of light/heaven into his warrior. Enraged she began to battle and attack Lucifer, eventually beating him and absorbing his power. But in his last moments he cursed her and said she would never be able to return to earth as long as a living soul inhabited it. So she decided that she would return to earth by destroying all living souls and have their graves waiting for them, it is called the endless graveyard.

As for the reciepe I used a psylocke as the base and added enhancements to represent the art style. I used pieces of the clayburn moore figure to capture more of the comic representation also and used a lady demon head and modified it some for another look. I added a couple of skulls from mystiques skirt and from lady death's cape to complete the finishing details. I used apoxie for the sculpting and citadel for the paints.
