Add another member to my Justice Society!

Damage was made from using his daddy's (Al Pratt) figure minus the cape. Besides that I swapped his legs below the knee to the non-boot DCUC legs and the rest of the effort was spent painting. The logo took me a few tries and a couple of hours to get it to where I was happy.
