This is an old figure I made around 2004. The paint application wasn't bad in and of itself, but back then I didn't know you should do a thorough pre-wash of your figure to remove all the factory resins and oils. As such, the paint app has worn away since the taking of this picture.

His cuffs were simply made from sculpy, another bad choice but it was all I knew to use back then.

FYI, this look for Superman comes from the Emperor Joker storyline, where Joker rules the universe and Superman was the world's greatest villain (a good guy in an insane world).
