The Rocketeer has always been a personal fave of mine and I've always wanted him in a 3 3/4 format figure. The base figure is a desert Cobra Crimson Guard and the Helmet and rocket pack are custom made by Hunter Artworks

That is a great custom.
However the helmet and backpack are custom made by gijoey and cast and sold by hunter artworks.

And used really well here
