This figure is the result of wanting to see one of my guilty favorites in figure form. Hellcat was made from a MU Black Widow. Honestly the TRU Firestar (from the Spidey and His Amazing Friends pack) would've been the most ideal figure as a base, but have you seen what she's going for now!? Her head is a GI Joe Rise of Cobra Scarlet with custom sculpted cowl and hair from a MU Black Widow. Her sash is from an MU Dark Phoenix (2-Pack) and her her feet are custom sculpted.
