Well I actually just did this as an original character that could basically be used in whatever means I saw fit. Regardless for now I consider her a member of the TMNT (hence posting it in the Ninja Turtles category) extended cast. I view her as a Detective who follows alot of the unsolved and "paranormal" crimes in the city, leading her to be ostracized by the other members of the force. She first met the Turtles before the closing of Dimension X portal, becoming one of their earliest human allies (along with Casey Jones)

(With a few different paints apps this could easily be made into an Eliza Maza figure from Gargoyles, which is almost what she became.)
