This figure was basically made for this contest. I started him just days before this contest was announced. Anyone who has had one of these figures knows that it is horribly articulated. Besides for that the posture makes it almost impossible to stand the figure. But I love the sculpt. I just had to fix this figure. I really just wanted him to stand up straight. So I added ankles from a Venom icon, elbows from a DC Aquaman, and knees from a roto Doc Ock. This was an incredibly hard task. I almost gave up once I had the figure completely torn apart. Most of it was not hollow like I had thought it would be.
Having worked with this figure myself and done much the same thing (see my TMNT Leatherhead), I applaud your effort. I wasn't willing to tackle the knees, so kudos on a job well done!
