Its been awhile since I made this figure. Long before Bandaii decided to make one. BUT, this one sits in the driver seat of the Rustbucket. To me that's kinda important.

cool I made an ultimate waybig but is sucked so I got better paints and made a much better version I just need to get a better qualitie camera

Yes Bandaii did finally release a Grandpa Max figure, but thiers doesn't sit, it has no hip articulation. and the other version (middle of bottom shelf, third picture) he's in his plumber gear.

I think that is probably right. it seems like it was someone from the dragonball movie.
