Found a UFC Matt Hughes on clearance after Christmas and decided he'd be a good base for Superman. I ground down his mitts with a grinding wheel, and added sculpt for his hair, boots (probably the most there, since he was barefoot), and belt. Decoupaged the S symbol on his chest AND cape and did a total repaint, including subtly changing his expression with eyebrow paint. The pictures aren't the greatest... he really looks a lot better in person!
