Using a Nova figure as base (she's got the best gold in town) and swapped the head for a Hush Poison Ivy. The hair was sculpted in sections, left to dry then assembled on to her head. Because of the smooth surface of the figure's body, paint had trouble adhering to the surface. Several layers after, the dark red surface paint dried but still allowed some of the gold underneath to reflect through.
Her fire base was constructed using 2 hair pieces from the Nova fig, and allows her to prop up against it. The base serves as an interesting part of the custom, as the figure is certainly less atomic without it.
