Since the new "Amazing Spiderman" is justvaround the corner i decided to make a sewer diorama. My diorama is made from a cardboard background with denser card sheets which i used for the walls on the sewer. This diorama measures about 17in x 19in x 11in in size. After taping all the walls together i airbrushed the walls a grey and washed it some green and brown to give it that sewer grossness to it. I also added a lot of rust color paint to add to the dirty look. I used vents from a local hardware store for the walk way in the front and made the walk way against the wall out of wood by hot gluing them together. I also made the handrails and ladders out of small wood pieces, as well as the door on the far right. There's a pile of pipe through the hole in the middle to make it look like it has some depth. I used some fake floral water to for the water effects as well as some water effects kit i bought a michaels craft store. I really had fun making this piece thanks for checking it out
Indeed, the water effect is well done. Would've been a little more perfect if it was "dirty" green/brown water like you'd expect in a sewer. Sweet dio nonetheless!
