This is Sandstorm, a 90s Spiderman villain. I saw his trading card, and as I made not long ago Sandman, I thought of using the same technique of a sand cone, but this time fixed to the figure.

This is great. I have this card in my collection. You can't go wrong with the spider-man characters from the 90's. Good choice on the character, looks just like him!
