So they made Bane with his Swedish Bomber Jacket, then they Made him shirtless… But there's that spot in between that surely they will issue soon enough as soon as they can think of an additional build a signal piece. For this combination I took the standard Bane figure with vest popped the arms off at the shoulder. I actually cut them off the pegs leaving only the rings that they sit on. Then I took the arms from a WWE Legends Russian figure and did the same. Now I was pegless but not hopeless. I placed a cylinder of COLD hot glue inside the ring and popped the arms back on. once in place I took 2 thumbtacks and drove them into the backs of the arms nearly through the fronts of the shoulders. This held everything together nicely.

Then I had to make a gauntlet for that one arm. I took a DK batman which had been dismembered previously and lopped off his lower arm and shaved the spikes off. I replaced the peg using the barrel of a clone wars gun and then swapped in Bane's original hand for Batman's.

I think for a quick custom it has a nice look. No paint, no boiling, no casting, just swapping out some stuff and making it stick.
