I've wanted to make a Black Mask custom action figure for a very long time. I chanced upon the Norman Osborn figure loose at a flea market, and it didn't occur to me at the time that it was a great base figure for the Black Mask. I didn't have the usual Red Skull or Ghost Rider heads to use, but I did have a Movie Masters Scarecrow that I trimmed and shaved down, and painted it up. I decided to make it look more like a mask that was burned onto the wearer. I tried to close his left hand with the hot and cold water trick to hold a gun, but it wasn't very effective. I'm quite happy to now have a 6-inch Black Mask for my Catwoman to get her revenge on.
