Being a comicbook and custom figure fan, I have also been an avid animated series follower of the big two (DC and Marvel) ever since Superfriends, Spiderman and Friends (lot of friends in there, right?) then came X-Men, JLA, JLA Unlimited and the list goes on.

Now comes one of the most recent, Young Justice. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Teen Titans Series but it was a bit too "toony" for me, so when the new offering from DC Animation came out, I was awe-struck. The animation was top-notch (as expected from WB and DC) but what was more compelling was the solid story-telling and the integration of the new 52 comic book storyline in the mix, it was nothing short of genius. I bet you'll all agree, NOBODY can pass up making custom figures for it...'nuff said

This is a really good-looking Nightwing, and I completely agree that Teen Titans was too "toony" as they were going for an anime-esque look. Young Justice nailed everything - even if the characters got a little too angsty at times but hey, that's teenhood for ya. Too bad the show hasn't come to our shores but I've caught bits and bobs on YouTube. Whose head is that? We need a recipe for this figure from ya!
