My attempt at a quite popular, simple custom. Combining the two released Bane into his look when he first encounters Batman. I cracked the torso and replaced the arms and sculpted a new film accurate back from fodder and putty. Painted to match.

Anyone have any tips on splitting the seams of the upper torso to exchange the arms? Thanks.
