I have been wanting to make the “Twins” ever since I first played the game. Finally got around to it.
The Base is a Marvel Select Hulk with one arm cut off. Modified the head by cutting off the Hulk hair, then I gave him a little facelift with the Dremmel on the cheekbones & chin, to make him look more Russian and less Hulk. Added the green hair bit by bit in layers.
Lots of super-sculpty on the pants. Plus a touch with a piece if burlap cloth for texture.
The Tattoos were hand drawn, scanned, then printed on decal paper.
Made the hammer from scratch.

Thanks for the praise rabbit!
You know that since I have done these they have come out with 2-Packs of these guys. Harley with Mr. Hammer & Penguin with Sickle. Run you about $30 (I think).
I could make these again, but it wouldn't be cheap. Probably about 3X that for one figure
