I know, I know, he would have looked so much cooler with the Young Justice Aqualad water base. I forgot to pick one up the other day. Anyway. Tempest has always been one of my favorite characters. I loved Aquaman once Peter David got ahold of him, and Tempest can do everything Aquaman can and more. Off the top of my head: Water manipulation, dimensional travel, purple eye beams (seriously), and more. Yeah, I blanked on all the rest after "purple eye beams". But, he once teleported all of Atlantis into the past. And I like how he looks. I used a lot of images trying to get the black lines just right, but their design varied with each artist. So, instead, I took this front and back picture and tried to match it up as good as I could. Surprisingly, the closest head was Jango Fett. I tried it just because I had a couple extra, and once I painted it up, it matched really well. Tossed the closest energy blast I could find to water for a cool pose, and done.
