I always liked this guys classic, Golden Age visual. He's made from quite a few different parts. He uses the Red Guardian head (Capt. America line), Marvel Universe Phoenix comic pack Cyclops torso, and Marvel Universe Single carded Ultimates Capt. America Legs (modded). The emblem on his chest is sculpted.
