Good day fellow realmers! This is an original recipe(as far as I'm concerned). I used NECA Ivan Drago's complete torso(had to cut it off), glued it to NECA Smoker figure. Belt came from NECA T-800 & the buckles from NECA Grayson Hunt. Just painted the jeans & the boots. I don't have too much experience with cloth for customs(except for cloth capes) & didn't have a good scissor nearby while I was making his wife-beater/tank top(it is an actual wife-beater/tank top!). Head & hands/claws came from Marvel Select Movie Wolverine/Logan & dog-tags from SOTA Guile. If anyone knows where or who hydro-shrinks hot toys head, please let me know. Now to the faults of this figure & theres plenty lol. Obviously his head is too small, did a crappy paintjob with the claws(I'm not a good painter), he isn't too movie accurate(notice his shoes lol), his wife-beater/tank tops looks terrible(cloth & glue is a very messy job), he doesn't have metal claws( I have little kids in the house & don't have a dremel) & I don't have the outstanding sculpting skill of RINGOMENDOZA & others customizers here, so no Indian belt buckle & last but no least, he is too tall(7.5 inches). He doesn't really fit with my Marvel Select figures except for the big guys but oh well lol. Phew......now thats out of the way, I did have lots of fun making this custom as usual to all my previous customs & I did ended up with few cuts(this is Wolverine after all lol). I also retained all the articulations(at least 24 I believe). Well, here it is, hope you guys like him & as usual feedbacks/comments(positive & negative) are always welcome because it helps all of us to improve our work. Have a great weekend everyone!

I have to agree with others who said you're too hard on yourself. The paint apps on the jeans is outstanding. I think, as far as the shirt goes, if you find and place or sculpt a similar leather jacket to the movies over the shirt, it will hide all the rough spots and still look incredible. Or just leave it as is and say it's his old lucky shirt and just got frayed over the last 50 years or so. ;p

This really inspired me to get to work on my own Hugh Jackman Logan. While looking for parts, I came across someone who does head shrink casts. He already sells a Hot Toys Wolverine head for 3 3/4" figures. I've got to contact him and see if he can do a Wolverine head for a 6-7 inch figure. Search for glassman customs to check it out. Take care.

I think this is a very cool figure bro . The best part about it is the choice of parts and the way you put it all together. It's one of those customs that has an "it started with a good vision" feel to it, if that even makes sense. Great job!

wow, thanks for the props, bro, although sculpting is not my strong point. You know, this doesn´t look bad at all, I think you are too hard on yerself. The claws are well painted, IMO. And I think that if you rework that wife beater with sharper scissors, this would looke even better! the lower body fits nicely, and he does look bad ass.
P.S. Be on the look out for my next Wolverine movie custom recipe using this select head. Just finished kitbashing. I have to sculpt, make steel claws and paint. Should be ready in a week or so.. Cheers, bro, and glad to see you posting after a while!

Thanks Ringo. Although I really want to re-work that tops, part of it is glued. So, it's going to leave a mess lol. But I might try it still. Oh & you bet I'll be looking forward to see your Logan. Thanks again dude!

Awesome custom. The figure really looks like Hugh. The tank top may look a litte too effeminate for him though but still pretty cool. I know I would have a problem trying to use a tank top too to make a tank top. Great job.
