Hello Realmers, today I'm bringing you a custom I made that I've been meaning to upload for like two weeks. I had this idea and was originally going to implement it on my last Hulk custom, but it came out too awesome to risk messing it up by attempting this. I wanted to make a Hulk that was midway through being (and fighting back against being)taken over by the Venom symbiote. We had an extra 03 Movie Hulk (the Smash & Crush one whose mouth opens into a roar when you bend it at the stomach crunch) so I decided to go for it.

I took the Hulk and went crazy with the hot glue gun, but was careful enough to make sure I didn't get any over any joints. When I had it nice and webbed up, I went to work painting all of the hot glue black. Then, as an afterthought (meaning I forgot to beforehand lol) I tried to dry brush sections of Hulk's skin through the symbiote. Once that was done, I took the hot glue gun back to it and carefully made a very (purposely) sloppy Venom symbol and Venom's eye, which I painted white with a toothpick. I wanted them to look sloppy to give the appearance that they were forming as the Venom symbiote was gaining ground in the battle to take over Hulk.

I think this one came out really nice; I put a lot of thought and work into this "quick custom", and I'm really proud of how it came out. Thanks for looking, and please let me know what you think!


Edit: Forgot to add that to make the tendrils, I covered 3 twist ties in hot glue, painted them black, then blended them into the symbiote on his body. Doing it this way not only made it look organic, but actually kept almost all of the flexibility of the twist ties so that they're posable to a degree.
