Killer Croc Dark Knight Series (DC Universe) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:43925
Name:Killer Croc Dark Knight Series
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:DC Universe
Creator:ACCustomFigures
Date Added:October 29, 2012
Base Figure:some white dude
Height:6.00 inches
As a result of the events of TDKR, a new aristocracy has risen to fill the void in Gotham. Enter Killer Croc. Croc is muscle for the leaders of the new Gotham elite. With his gold knuckles that spell out "KILL BATS", Croc is every bit a gangster as Penguin is a mobster, and loves hurting Batman. Croc was a victim of a degenerative spinal disease and now has a cybernetic spine that looks like the tail of a crocodile, and gives him superhuman strength. Additional inspiration for this guy came from Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo's Killer Croc from the GN "Joker."

Croc was a Bane lower half and Starman boots, Kamandi upper, Atom arms, and a Constrictor head. Some other white dude's hands, and custom sculpt for the gold knuckles. Wrapped up in a gangster paint job.

See you in the future!

I don't follow DC movies much, so I don't know what a Nolan-verse figure is. But as a custom, I see how much work you put into him and that the level of workmanship just keep getting better. Very good figure brother.

This is such a creative triumph. Perfect for the Nolan verse and is what all Killer Crocs should be based on.

Love than changes you made to this from the original figure (which was cool in its own right). He is almost a mix of Bane and Killer Croc into one!

Nice figure but Im not sure I'd want to see this on the big screen (no offence). But to me it just, doesn't say Killer Croc, I was thinking if Killer Croc was in the Nolan Verse, It would be a guy that developed a disease that made his skin scaley like a reptile & then filed his nails & teeth & just happened to be extremely strong (like Bane was In TDKR).

Interesting take on the character. It's a very nice looking custom, and it shows that a lot of work was put into it. The robotic spine is a really awesome idea. But, I'm just not feeling Killer Croc from this. It looks more like a generic black thug with bling. Going with a character with the keratin skin disease/combination of skin diseases, with sharpened and filed teeth might have been a better real world look for him.

Again, it's a great looking custom, but feels more like a normal thug.

Oh wow, what a difference just a head swap makes! Those sharp teeth, and the mask details really change the figure and give him the "croc" feel. Definitely not someone I would want to meet in a dark alley, or around a Gotham sewer drain.

I love all of your "Nolan-verse" figures. Doing more? I would love to see your take on Firefly or Killer Moth.
