Timothy 'Dum Dum' Dugan has been Nick Fury's right-hand man since WWII. They first worked together in the Howling Commandos. He later joined Fury in S.H.I.E.L.D. and helps keep the Marvel Universe a safer place.
I was looking at my regulation ML Dugan. I liked it, but it didn't stand out from the others. Dum Dum's supposed to be a massive guy, so I wanted him a little bigger than the others. The torso is from Kraven. The arms and lower body up to the knees are Steve Rogers. The shins are from Black Panther, and the boots are Punisher's. I gave him a bigger chest holster 'cause I figure he's the type of guy that gets what he wants!
As for the other guys, more Steve Rogers goodness: Quartermain is a modded Steve Rogers head, with added bangs and slimmed-down chin. Sitwell is WWII Steve Rogers, with glasses from a manga statue.
