I got the idea to do this figure from some one on this site thanks Deadeyesamurai, Nicholai is another one of my favorite characters in the RE series. I think the bad guys in the game are by far the best characters. He was probably the best bad guy in the series. Finding a base figure took along time I hit up local comic stores the mall and eventually found it. Once I gave him the whitish hair and the bright russian skin I saw Nicholai emerge from under the skin of this SG1 figure. who do you all think I should make for my next project . out of these three.... 1. Albert Wesker ( Resident evil 4 Suit version) 2. Claire Redfield ( Resident Evil 2 Biker version) 3. The Regenerator (Resident evil 4 creepy bum monster) 4. Carlos Oliveira which ever is voted most will be my next project!  |

I'm with X here on the downturned scowling mouth - also I'd accentuate his cheek bones a bit to give him a very european bada$$ look

Definitely a bearded wrestler head would be good - Tank Abbot, Big Boss man, Ted Dibiase
Arn Anderson from the Four Horsemen Wrestler crew would be really good

The eyes are fine, kinda emotionless, which is good. Its the mouth and actual head thats hitting me.
First off, try to make the mouth more into a neutral or scowling face, if you can't do that(which I can't so I'm not one to judge lol) then just try shading the mouth(thing black line in between lips). Right now he kind of looks like he has a sideways grin, just not Nich enough,
For the actual head, trying scarring it with your Xacto blade a little bit or try to make some facial detail to make him look a bit older. The maybe try to highlight it just a little to shade the skin.
I like what youve done with the UBCS symbol on the back though. I know the regular one is very difficult to make, especially on a 6 inch figure but you improvised well.
You should look into joining the forums if you havent already, I know Dedi, Shinobitron and I are all deep into RE, we could give you a hand or some help here and there.

Next you gotta try something a little more complex-your own Nemesis, a mutatated Mr. X or maybe even a Licker.
Still, it would be interesting to see your take on Carlos. Mikhail or another UBCS soldier in their RE Outbreak appearence(with the ski mask and goggles)
