Added a couple of villians for my Disney/Marvel Legends run. I had used a Tazz for Mr Incredible before and then once he was done the look on his face made me think he would be a good base for Syndrome as well. Would have to change the back story a bit to maybe a good/bad brothers thing but it turned out alright.
Underminer is, appropriately, Moleman. I used the TMNT Metalhead's hands. Green Stuff for the helmet, goggles and cape buttons.
Testors and Tamiya for each, sealed with Dullcote.
