Hey Guys, Again been away a while celebrating Christmas with the family and going through complications in breaking up with my band. Anywho, I started off with a Thing figure and wanted a clayface so I heated off his head, washed him and his joints to get rid of the figure grease (first time I have done it) and used a steve austin head to act as a base for the head during sculpting. I sculpted parts which would look like clay is dripping down his body and having the rocky body look like dry clay. I Washed the Green lantern constructs that came with the god awful 3/34 movie figures and then painted both Clayface and the Constructs with Tamiya Acrylic 'Flat Earth' to give it the clay look, Finally I painted inside the eyes and mouth with black and added makeshift pegs in the constructs so that his hand could be changed. Hope you like it as it is the first figure that I have used Sculpt on :) Take care and I hope everyone has an extremely prosperous and happy new year! - TJ ![]() |
