I think Nightmare and his giant sword call "Soul Edge" are probably one of the most well known Blade in the game community. I think he fit in the theme of the contest perfectly.

This is the alternate costume of Nightmare from Soul Calibur 4. I use a WWE deluxe figure for base body. I also did a lot of sculpting and tried to make it accurate as possible, you can see a picture reference from the game.

Wicked! I liked his design in Soul Calibur #1 the best, but Nightmare is a cool character in any incarnation. Very well done!

I hadn't seen this costume before for NIGHTMARE...but it is menacing! Who better to take on a challenging figure like this but a sculpting master?? Great work! I really think you captured the likeness to the photo reference perfectly!
