Harris Moore took up the mantle of a crimefighter after being exposed to radiation from a mysterious gaseous entity. The radiation gave him flight and electrical powers, and years later he traveled to Xandar to help defend them from a Skrull invasion. He remained there as a member of the Champions of Xandar, but later died at the hands of Nebula. I thought the figure would be a nice project to use the Red Guardian head for. I added some sculpt to the find, and used twist ties on the side of his head, secured by glue and paint.
