This was a commission for a Hawkeye/Mockingbird pair from the Heroic Age. She was fun to work with. Sculpted the goggles and armor. Painted her up. If anyone has suggestions for white I'm all ears. Otherwise it's 17,000 thin layers!

Awesome Mockingbird. For white, I like to start with a base coat of Model Master Acryl Duck Egg Blue. Its a very light blue that's almost white, but it covers really well. Then I'll put a coat of white on top of that.

She looks fantastic. The only suggestion I can offer is before I paint white I use a nice coat of White Primer. Seems to make it a little easier but you still end up using about 3 coats.

Great job!
Yes white can be a pain. Even after all of the angels I have done, I have found no easy way to make it look good.
It was suggested once to try spray paintin the white first, and go from there, but I have not tried it.
