I ran across some pictures of Pixar/ Star Wars cross over characters. When I saw Buzz Fettyear I knew I had to make one. I had a spare Buzz that i picked up at goodwill.

I took him apart and did all the painting with spray paint. (with exception to his forearms)
I then removed the head from one of those crapy Mc.Donalds bobble head toys, Dremmeled the inside down until it fit Buzz's head.

Finishing touch was some custom decals and he was done.
