Cool repaint/mod of the TMNT's ride. I like the frost/icicle treatment on the van's exterior, although I think you could have kicked the amount of icing on the vehicle up another notch or two to really sell that look.
This looks really nice, I love the finish and the realistic-looking icicles effect! It really does look like something Mr Freeze would ride it, unlike that silly thing in Batman and Robin. Well done here.
