Alternate comic book in which the CSA won the Civil War... Captain Confederacy is a propaganda superhero for the Apartheid-like CSA during the 80's.

It's a, not quite, simple repaint on Geoforce and some sculpting. Added a whip from Danger Girl, I guess.

His costume design is relatively simple, but I'm sure getting the stripes and stars aligned and painted properly, and with crisp lines, was no easy task. Well done!
