I based the recipe you put ferrytalecustoms, so use a wrecker to which he sculpted with epoxy the pad, bracelets, skulls of the knees and the skull for his head.

Great work. I'm not familiar with the character but I was wondering what would be a good base for a HIGHLANDER's Victor Kruger figure and I think this might be it!
