A pyromaniac that can be encountered in RED Company/Riverhill Software/Vic Tokai's Princess Minerva (Japanese: Purinsesu Mineruba) NEC PC-9801 (1992), NEC PC Engine CD (1994), and Nintendo Super Famicom (1995) role-playing video games, which are based on the manga of the same name by Maisaka Kou. She also appears in the 1995 Princess Minerva cartoon, by Industrial Smoke & Mirrors/ADV Films.

Fire Precision (Japanese: Hi no Pureshijon) works as a henchwoman for Dynastar, the primary antagonist of the game, alongside her five cohorts Dream Navi, Wind Oche, Water Glowhill, Mirror Technica, and Steel Erbach. Princess Minerva, and her allies, will face Fire Precision in battle three times during the course of their adventures: Once, at the conclusion of Chapter 2, in the heart of a volcano, again, in Chapter 5, ambushed at Bolba City, in a scripted fight that's impossible to win, and, finally, employed as one of Dynastar's last lines of defense as the heroines make their way towards the ultimate showdown at the end of the game.

Fire Precision relies entirely on pyrotechnics in combat. She has two methods of attack: "Big Burn" (Biggu Ba-n) and "Blaze Inferno" (Bureizu Inferuno); both of these techniques torch all of your characters, but the latter deals more damage. Unless Princess Minerva and her friends have high magic resistance and/or items equipped that protect against flames, those scorching assaults will make their lives a literal burning hell and keep the healer(s) in the party very busy. In keeping with the typical elemental strengths/weaknesses of the Sword & Sorcery genre, Fire Precision is completely immune to injury from heat of any kind, but highly susceptible to damage from attacks or spells with the water/ice attribute.

Yeah, it's just done with wire. My action figures are kind of like marionnettes in construction, except with bendable wire running through the limbs instead of string.
