Venni was originally created as an illustration by a friend as part of an insdide joke. After seeing the character I thought he would make a great custom figure.
Venni the venti coffee superhero fights bad days at the office away by fighting the muffins (evil nothings). With a slogan of "Venni, Vetti, Vecci" Venni sees and conquers all. (Play on the Latin phracse "Venni Vetti Vecci" "I came, I saw, I conquered").
I used a coffee cup and some random arms and legs from a WWE/WWF figure.I had some problems finding a glue that would hold everything together, but a mix of super glue and hot glue it finally held together.
Can't say I've ever seen a character made out of a coffee cup before, so I gotta give you some props on creativity for that alone.
How stable is this figure? From your photo, it looks like you had to prop him up with a stick just to get him to stand. You might have had better luck with some legs with larger/broader feet.
The stick is really a straw, I didn't have problems with him standing. The problem came with that I couldn't find a glue that held the legs to the cup. Once I got them attached, I thought I should add something to take some of the weight off the legs.
