The greatest battle pack DD was my first MU figure, it brought me into collecting the line. I wanted to try a simple repaint with a brighter red to match the look from the comic-book in the eigthies. Also swapped the red billy club with a custom white one. EDIT : the handle I built for the billy club was too rigid and broke up. I re-attached a new one, more flexible, allowing DD to play with it around his finger, in a pose inspired by a shot done by Mazzucchelli for the Marvel Handbook.  Please wait... |

For me, the white billy club is linked to the old 80s issues. I've never been a big fan of the red ones, linked by a rope that Joe Quesada gave him in volume 2.
