This guy is was actually part of my personal Alternators collection. I sold most of them off and misplaced him and Skywarp. I found TCracker today and touched him up.

This is simply an Armada seeker head attached to the Tracks body. Head was repainted and all Autobot decals removed and changed to Cons. I kept him looking factory to make him match the other figures in my former collection.
