Hey, gang! It's been awhile!

When I was a kid I saw her on the Dic version of G.I. Joe I thought, "Great! Now they'll finally make a Lady Jaye," me not knowing they already made one years ago. Alas, the light blue - outfitted one was never made, so I took it upon myself to make her with an updated 30th touch. I even included one of those giant missle launchers they started selling with them during that time. I toned waaaay down on the garish neon colors though.
