Hyperion as he appears in the Universe X universe. I'm not a big fan of Superman, but I really like alternate interpretations of the characters since often, they turn out more interesting. That being said, a cruel, suicidal 'Superman' seemed like a cool character to me. Really just a simple repaint. Cut some off the cape to make it work, removed the mohawk from Gladiator and re-tooled his hair.
