I've seen a couple different attempts at this, but I wanted to do a full blown detailed version of everyone's favorite cyborg. A lot if work went into this one, so I'll try to keep the description short. I started off with a T-800 and swapped the legs out for Duke Nukem's for the added articulation. Sculpted the belt. painted everything black and dry brushed layers of some greys and light browns and tans. Made a few touch ups to his face and hair, and I had a cust articulated T-800. Next, I took a Harley Fat Boy and removed the turn signals and sculpted some side bags for it, complete with straps and buckles. the bike was blue and silver, so it needed to be painted. Based it black with layers and layers of browns to simulate dust and mud. It was impossible to show all the detail in the bike. I even painted small oil leaks on the motor and front forks to show leaking seals. Lastly, the base was originally chrome. I based it black and added a texture to it to simulate pavement. Painted yellow lines on the pavement and, of course, this too received layers of dry brushing. To top it off, I added small cracks and patches in the pavement. For those of you that stayed to the end and read this entire thing, I really thank you!! Hopefully everyone sees the hours of work that went into this piece. Thanks for looking and enjoy. ![]() |
