Here we have one of Batman's many villains- the sexy, seducing Poison Ivy. I used a TopCow Witchblade figure as the base. First I took an Xacto knife and cut away some of the armor to look a little more like leaves. I also cut down her "claw glove" to give a little more arm. Then I painted all of her armor in a hunter green and let dry completely. Then came a kelly green dry-brush over everything, and finally I took a mint green and went in by hand touching up the edges of each "leaf" so they really popped. For her vines, I used some trash bag twisties and worked them into their shapes. Then cut out little tiny leaves with clay and glued them on. Painted them hunter green with a light green dry-brush, and glued them into place. Face was just a simple repaint of her eyes. For her hair, I used the same techniques, but this time painted everything with a maroon, then dry-brushed red, and finally a VERY light dry-brush in orange to try and give her hair as much dimension as possible. Hope you all like, and thanks for voting ;-) ![]() |
