This is a basic Repaint and Softgoods exchange. I took hasbro's version and took out the brown "skirt" and replaced it with a black one from the recent super articulated generic emperor. I then sewed together a new outer robe, and painted the arms to match the color. I planned to redo the black shawl (or whatever that thing is) but the original one actually looked much better for some reason.
