Breezy is a recurring character from the early 90s "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" cartoon. She is a robot built by Dr. Robotnik to seduce Sonic as part of one of his evil schemes. She rebelled against Robotnik of course and built her own life on Mobius. Breezy clearly has that "Jessica Rabbit" aesthetic going on, and for the record she predates other similar characters such as Minerva Mink on the whole "sexualized female on a kids show" theme. She is mostly a Clone Wars Aayla Secura figure, but her head is pretty much built entirely out of super sculpey (Aayla's head is under there somewhere.) The dress is a simple affair made from artist's duct tape, with some minor mods done to the rest of the body including sanding away the fabric texture from her left arm and sculpting over the boots to give her smooth legs.
