For repainting, I used 3 shades of blue (first painted all over blue with a dark tone and then did a drybrushing with a lighter shade and finally, another drybrushing with another lighter shade yet). Red was also similar (first painted black and then did a brybrushing with red paint over). For silver details, I used enamel silver. The shield I did the damage with a dremel and several different drills. Once painted stains and burns with drybrushing black and gray and finally silver enamel in the grooves of the damage.
